Rosato is simply Italian Rosé… sort of. Known for darker colours and more intense flavours, the world of Rosato is an interesting one, filled with a range of aromas, flavours, grapes and regions. For most, Rosato falls into the ‘Rosé’ category, but that’s up for you to decide yourself.
