We're so excited to be introducing our newest addition, the Bianco Spritz, to the crew. This new addition is all about offering a delicious, lighter option for those who enjoy a drink but prefer something with a lower alcohol content.

Behind the scenes, we’ve noticed a growing trend: more and more people are choosing to drink less alcohol. Our Bianco Spritz, with just 8.0% ABV, was just the answer to this. Made from our beloved Fiano grape you’ve come to know, this organic spritz is not only light but also full of the vibrant, fruit-forward flavours that you’ve come to expect from us.

We’ve crafted this Bianco Spritz to be both refreshing and satisfying, perfect for those times when you want something a bit lighter. Whether you’re at a picnic, a BBQ, or just about to put your feet up, our Bianco Spritz offers the ideal blend of flavour and bubbles.

We wanted to show you what Italy does best, simplicity that is just too good! With the help of our talented Technical Manager Rachael, we’ve put a lot of care into making sure this drink is exactly what you are looking for: organic, convenient, and above all, delicious!

Like the rest of the crew, the spritz comes from Italy's best kept secret of Puglia, specifically from Tenuta Viglione winery. The winery benefits from the hot climate, creating a flavoursome wine that is reflected when you taste those notes of pear and citrus. Tenuta Viglione has worked tirelessly since 1937 to create harmony between the land and the wine to create sustainable but delicious wines.
