Winter cocktail ideas

A Bianco Spritz is not only great to enjoy by itself, but also a great substitute to use in cocktails! 

Bianco Spritz is a lightly sparkling wine spritzer meaning it can mimic the style of prosecco. It is made by blending our Fiano white wine with purified carbonated water.

We used it to make a tasty winter Aperol spritz, which is perfect for those who have their Aperol spritz bottle collecting dust after summer. 

Winter Aperol Spritz:

25ml of Aperol Spritz

25ml Cranberry Juice

25ml Orange juice

Fill to the top with Bianco Spritz

Garnish with orange slice and rosemary sprig

1. Add a few ice cubes to your glass
2. Add in your Aperol Spritz, Cranberry Juice & Orange Juice
3. Fill to the top with Bianco Spritz, which is roughly around 100ml
4. Garnish with an orange slice and rosemary sprig
5. Cheers to a perfect xmas party cocktail!

Pop a few Bianco Spritz into your basket and you are ready to make!
